Our Faculty

Brendan Conner is the Director of Music/Organist at St. Paul's Episcopal in Wilmington, NC. Prior to joining the staff of St Paul's, Brendan served in several Episcopal churches in Atlanta, and Indiana, most recently Christ Church Cathedral. Brendan is a doctoral candidate at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, having also graduated from IU with a master’s degree in organ performance. Prior to graduate study, Brendan graduated from UC Berkeley. Brendan is an active recitalist, having been a Semi-Finalist for the 2020 National Young Artist Competition in Organ Performance. Brendan's academic research focuses on the transmission of historically informed technique in organ education, stemming from the teaching of Anton Heiller.
